1. Delivery Times
24 Hours: Listing photos, 2D floorplans, most videos
48 Hours: 3D floorplans and other 3D assets, virtual tours, detail photos
2 Days to 1 week+: Branding shoots, events, special projects
2. Rescheduling
Clients can reschedule their listing media up to 24 hours in advance through the Portal. Within 24 hours, please reach out directly.
3. Payments
All payments are due before or on delivery. Payments can be sent via EMT to
[email protected], or by credit card through the Portal. Accounts that remain due past 30 calendar days will be levied a 20% late payment fee.
4. Travel
Bookings that require travel outside the set service area will be charged in line with the Government of Canada's suggested travel rate, currently at $0.65/km.
5. Copyright
Listing media is licensed for commercial use to the client for the purposes of marketing and advertising the lifecycle of the listing for which the photos were taken. Media may also be used by the client to promote their own brand beyond the lifecycle of the listing. License may not be transferred to any other parties without prior written consent from the copyright owner. Re-licensing fee may apply. Copyright ownership remains with the photographer.
6. Blue sky guarantee
Sky replacement is included with all ground level exterior photography. Drone photos are excluded.
7. Property condition
Properties will be shot as is when the photographer arrives. This is to ensure subsequent bookings are done on time. It is the responsibility of the client (agent) to ensure listings are staged and prepped for listing media appointments. If the property is not in a suitable condition to shoot media due to safety or other concerns when the photographer arrives, a fee of $75 will apply to cover time and costs incurred by the photographer and the shoot will need to be rebooked.
8. Late/No show
In the event that the photographer is unable to access the property due to the client or homeowner not being present, the photographer will wait for 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time before moving on to the next booking. A fee of $75 will apply to cover time and costs incurred by the photographer and the shoot will need to be rebooked.
9. Weather
Ground level photos can be taken in light rain and drizzle. In the event that weather prevents photos or drone, the photographer will reach out to the booking agent to arrange for rescheduling.
